beginning dump of physical memory
dumping Physical Memory to disk
No drive attached to fasttrack controller the bios is not installed

I have tried Safe mode it try's to load then goes back to the error messages.

sorry cant help with the problem , can I suggest now might be the time to invest in a usb caddy to drop a drive into and read the files ,
I see you are in lancs , if you cannot get anywhere with fixing the PC , I,m in Preston , you are welcome to borrow my spare caddy , or indeed bring the drive/machine to me

In the menu where you can choose to go into Safe Mode, go into "Last known good configuration that worked".
The message you are seeing here indicates the registry is corrupt. The registry is where all your configuration settings and options are stored and is critical for loading windows properly.
If that doesn't work, follow the instructions here http://bertk.mvps.org/html/safemode.html to run a system restore. Part of that process will restore the now corrupted registry. Ensure you go back to a date BEFORE you had this problem. If my post helped you in anyway, please hit the "Thanks" button! Please note any advice I give is followed at your own risk!0 -

It loads the files then goes back to the error messages
I don't get as far as windows log in screen.

Do you have another PC that you can use?
If so then I think you could make a bootable Linux USB and boot from that, so you can recover the files. I'm afraid I'm not a Linux expert so I don't know exactly how to do it though.0 -
Go in via a Live OS, such as Ubuntu, using the Try Ubuntu option. It runs in RAM. From there you can connect to the hard drive and retrieve the photos.
Here is the first guide I found. I have a headache, so I'm not going to write one.
Once done, we can repair or upgrade the installation if they wish to keep or donate the PC.0 -
Thanks for that Nifty
I will try that tomorrow
Once the photos etc are of.
It is for me to learn how to fix pcs.
I am pretty sure it is infected also so that will be my second job once I have got all the data off it and safety backed up.Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -

I have tried different mice and the arrow keys but I am not getting anywhere.
