Default and credit file address mess

I'm after some advice please. I split with my ex 5 years ago and moved into my parents house renting off them. I was really rubbish with updating addresses on credit accounts and left 3 registered at that old address, 1 of which I got a default on 2 years ago and am paying off monthly.
I have recently been looking into updating my credit file ( kind of wished I had left it another year as now), I have moved 2 accounts to my current address and am now unsure what to do about the defaulted account and it's address. Will it make any difference if I move this to my current address? I'm still on the mortgage at the old address and I can't see that changing any time soon but I understand from a tidying up your file point of view that it's best to have everything in 1 place and have correct dates?
I didn't want the default to have any effect on my parents however according to my file I don't have any financial links with them so I understand that it would never be a problem for them.
Also, should i update my file to give the correct address change dates for the 2 accounts I have just changed or will the fact that they are all just at the same address be most important. Thanks.
