I had the Bare pizza one returned as the photo wasn't at 90 degrees! Erm it was. All 4 corners were shown, job number and take out refs written.
I did reply that i did the photo to specification. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
There are few things that make my heart sink like a lukewarm burger. Not only does it mean lunch is rubbish, but you just KNOW you are going to waste ages justifying saying it was lukewarm, and answering questions about yourself, and run the rick of not even being paid to eat said crap. Or even get sacked.0

yes it is easier to tick the yes boxes rather than justify your comments which defeats the purpose of the exercise.0

I ended up with the 'third degree' when I put down some negative comments about MF sandwich job. Wish I had'nt of bothered in the end and felt that they were really only interested in getting postively swimmingly reports.0

If we're talking about the same MF sandwich company, it is worth knowing that they are effectively the same corporate behemoth as the Gyp burger people.0 -

It's been about 3/4 of my usual. April is chocka though.
I suppose it depends on where you live and how much travelling you are willing to take on, what companies you are signed with too, so I doubt that you will get a uniform answer from everyone on here.
I've been inundated with work and told my clients I wanted time off for private stuff and I am still being pressed to take on job allocation requests.
So, no, I've been over busy and April is set to be much the same. :beer:0 -
So if they only want positive comments why bother with MSs..
The MF board is inundated with opticians and Why does RA think my local area is 2 counties away so I have to look for jobs outside my supposed area, got an email from them today then there is zilch on board.0 -

TBH, I think the integrity of reimbursement only jobs is highly suspect, particularly service industry assignments. That's because the mystery shopper payment is based on the pre-visit premis that the service and/or product will be sufficiently high to justify no fee and that the service/product is reward unto itself. But if the service or product is lacking, reimbursed or not, then it clearly isn't worth it. In that case, you have not really been paid anything or not to the value the Mystery Shopping company assumed you would be. By accepting such assignments, you are effectively taking on the client's risks as well as you own. For a reimbursement only assignment - or even a paltry fee - that is clearly a rubbish deal, particularly when hospitality jobs require War and Peace sized questionnaires to be filled out.
I don't touch reimbursement only hositality food assignments unless it is with a well established on site eatery where I can pretty much guarantee a formulaic set of standards apply across all branch locations and the brief does not have any caveats about not being allowed to complain or get a replacement meal or drink etc. if the food or drink is c**p (whoops, I mean substandard).0 -

I'm pretty much the opposite, I'll avoid chains, I've dined for a number of very good restaurants that way.0
