Some of the jobs MF are advertising have no fee.  I have noticed though that sometimes they increase the fee if the job doesn't get picked up but it's still peanuts.  I've managed to eat out 4 times this week so it's certainly saving on my food bill as it's been places I can walk to but I don't think they are getting anyone to do it for free, even for the meal.  And there's only so many times I can eat something with chips  :D
Very Happy Newbie - Started Aug 2010 - The Blind Pig Book - £100 H&M Voucher - Rugby Union Book - Cushelle Koala - Tickets to Chess the musical - Frusili Bar - Firespell Book - Jelly Belly Beans & Mug.

They can probably get away with it at the moment because there are so many people with time on their hands. But from next week we'll all be able to get £10 off meals so probably less reason to do MF jobs.

Well, Market Force are back in action, but seemingly with no fees... and often, the reimbursement is insufficient to cover the purchase. Wonderful.
  • Hi

I am picking this back up after not doing it for a while, a Five guys has just opened by me and a new KFC and Mcdonalds, can anyone advise who does these shops now?

GBW have disabled my account and now wont accept me as a newbie (maybe i've gotten too old)

Where are people seeing shops lately?

    TIA x

Market force may have something... GBW, I wouldnt stress yourself. Theres barely anything worth doing on there anymore. KFC & McD's dont have a Mystery shop programme anymore. Haven't done for 2-3 years.
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

I used to mystery shop around 10 years ago and at one time was doing it full time and enjoyed it.  The fees were then reduced and more information required so gradually it wasn't worth the time it took.  Some of the companies McDonald's etc no longer use mystery shoppers.  The covid etc.

Same here, I was pretty much full time for a good ten years but a lot of it isn't viable now with the reduced fees and covid restrictions.

It looks like Service Scan have now woken up, too. Does anyone know if they are reimbursing prior unpaid reimbursements? I’m still due £125 from early March last year and a bit loathe to sign up for another until they’ve settled that one.

What are HGEM's vouchers for a special experience that you get when you've accumulated 1,000 points?

£100 Virgin Experience voucher, unless they've changed it post-Covid.  The they've reduced the points per visit from 10 to 1 now though, so it's a very long wait!

I've given up with HGEM mostly - just not worth the time.
