If it's spurious, I just forward to the account manager. Never get an answer and the report magically gets approved.

I've spent an hour working on my tax return and generally cross checking things. Amazing the number of companies I did work for in 13-14 but not 14-15.

I've sacked them for that very reason.

Thanks - glad I am not the only one who thought their expectations were too high for their fees.

Have the people at React finally lost their marbles? The syrvey said "If you answered N/A then no comment required". Guess what? Rejected saying that a comment was required! Why oh why do I bother and why cant they sort out their validation?

Looks like all of those ESA drink audits have been past for payment this month, quite impressed I thought they would be paid next month.
