Do not think they would to be honest, property seems to be selling in Belfast though terrace market selling still for below rateable value. Seems that we have just been really really unlucky!!! About four
houses on our street sale agreed before christmas, three need work, one sale agreed in one day, though it is gas and good condition. Ideally would prefer not to be putting it on in winter months... but what is it they say only takes one buyer.0
