Hi
I've checked my noodle report and it's saying I have a CCJ that is "Active"
The judgement date is 25-02-2009
There is a Case number but give no information about any lender.
Will this drop off after 6 years?
Is there anyway I can get details on this?
It is registered at a previous address and I have no knowledge of this until now, what is my best course of action?
Thanks

Yes it will drop off after 6 years no matter what.
The issuing court are the only ones who can give you any details.
You may have grounds to have it set aside depending on the circumstances.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Who would be the issuing court? Would it be the lenders location or at my previous address?
Could I find this out using just a case number?
Thanks0 -
Would normally give the court on your credit report. Does on Experian I know for a fact.
For a lot of claims it would be the bulk centre at Northampton rather than anyone's local court, but impossible to say for sure.
If all else fails a check on http://www.trustonline.org.uk/ would reveal it.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I don't think you need to do anything. It will be gone in about a month.0
