Copy of reported cases relied upon for court

Hi Guys

I have read the newbie section number 5. My case is very similar to that of lisseylou, same car park and same period of overstay.

My notice of allocation to the small claims track says I need to send in my documets to include copies of any reported cases relied upon. So how do I get hold of this information? On the parking prankster bit I looked on, the cases parking eye lost are dated before lisseylou's case. Her case is key to my defence as she won with virtually identical circumstances.

Thanks Daniel.

Transcripts are not available for most court cases, because someone has to pay for them and they ain't cheap.

Have a look for her case number as I listed it in the link to 'cases won' in section #5 of the NEWBIES thread. She is Lisa someone and the win would be listed there with the case number and a link back to her thread.

However I don't think you have to include your actual transcripts yet (just the court date/number/names of cases relied upon and her case doesn't have a transcript anyway).

Beavis is the key one. I would say NO-ONE who knows that the PE v Beavis case is set for the Court of Appeal, should be taking this lying down & 'letting' their case go to a hearing in the coming weeks without really trying - with a clear letter to the local court - to get your own case stayed to wait for that outcome. Any new 2015 PE hearings before that decision are a farce IMHO and it's up to you to tell your Court Manager and Judge in good time - assume they have no idea about PE v Beavis going to the CoA and it's up to you to point it out and ask for a stay of your own case (avoids a hearing).

Search this forum and read the ParkingPrankste's blogs about it with the case number to cite re the CoA hearing 24th Feb. I think it's case 2014/2010 off the top of my head as I've typed it so many times.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
