Spreadsheet of wins advice

I know many compers have a spreadsheet to keep track of prizes and also the value! I've been updating mine (not that there's much to update!! lol) but not sure what to put in terms of value for Premier Tix to Shaun the Sheep, it's a family ticket for Leciester Squre - Any ideas?
It's the second time i've won Premier tix and don't like empty cells on my spreadsheet (OCD)

I find mine useful to check on any missing prizes, I list when I won, where from. how I was informed ( FB TW wem etc) when the prize arrived and a column to check when I thank the company.
I also list the value, which spurs me on each year. and the amount of comps entered.
Possibly a bit OTT but I love looking back in the lean spells and being encouraged.0 -
I do this as well *:p@Sax* it's an added woohoo to winning something. I also use mine to track where the win was from and whether I've received it.
I won some one off artwork last year and put that down as zero value because there really was no way to quantify it. There isnt another piece like it in the world so could be priceless or worthless depending on where you stand on it.
For tickets you can either put the price of the ticket to go see it normally or leave it blank - anything else would be you making it up ....... at least that's how it works in my head
But then there are no rules, are there? So you can do what you want - spreadsheet anarchyComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%
SEALED POT CHALLENGE MEMBER No. 428 2015 - £210.930 -
i dont win enough to bother
and RRP's are usually well over inflated0 -
gizmobenny - I do much the same but don't have a 'Thank You' column! Never thought of sending emails to promoters to thank them....
Nix143 - Yeh @ Sax! lol
Maybe I'll just put the price of what Cinema tix costs - Which is quite a lot these days!
Sax - Didn't you win a £1000 cruise voucher? I'd swap my smaller wins for that! lolDebbie0 -
If you are going to the premier with your kids then it will be priceless to see their faces light up as that Shaun the sheep song comes on! x
So I'd put Priceless.#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
I did win that but i'm waiting for a late deal for a longer holiday
and no - i won't swap0 -

Good idea! Enjoy!
Toniq - Yeh I agree. the experience is priceless! I'm not taking my son though (He's 16 and would never do anything involving a red carpet!!)
I'm taking younger family members that will enjoy the experience more!Debbie0 -
Out of interest, how do you log how many comps you enter? Do you have a clicker or something and actually make a click for every comp you enter?
I dont have a spreadsheet as such, i have a lil word doc that says what i win each month and who from, this is mainly to make sure i receive the prize, but on average i won one a month so not really that hard to keep track~~Gonna Buy Me A Shrimp Farm Bubba~~0
