Hertz - praise!!

Just a quick note of praise for the customer service of Hertz. May turn into rant come July but I'm hopeful that it won't!
Long story short, flying to Toronto and travelling across the border to the US (I'm travelling to cleveland and flights to Toronto are at lest £300 less than flying to the US - £555 return in July). Anyway, I therefore need a one way rental as I'll subsequently be flying from Buffalo out west. All companies at least £300 for 5 days rental with one way fee.
Tried hertz and was quoted CAD 214 (around £110) for 5 days for a Jeep Grand Cherokee! Thought this sounds too good to be true but I reserved and send them an email yesterday asking them to confirm that the price is correct and includes one way cross border fee.
Hadn't received a response by this morning and I was keen to get other things booked so I contacted them via their live chat function on their website. 1st in queue and answered within 10 secs. I explained my request and they confirmed within 1 minute that the price includes one way fee and unlimited mileage. I now have a printout of the conversation and confirmation in case any issues when I arrive!
30 mins later I get an email response to my original email query confirming that they have tried a dummy booking for my same dates and locations and that the price quoted includes one way fee!
So praise for 1) ludicrously cheap price and 2) efficient, pleasant customer services.
Fingers crossed that this continues come July when I arrive!!
