Family Travel insurance are the company any good?

I am getting quotes for my daughter grand daughter and her partner to travel to Florida in May for 2 weeks, they are also going to South Africa in Dec for 3 weeks.
Her partner is living away from the family as he is in University at the moment
Would this make a difference?
The company with the best quote for the cost is Insurefor.com
are they any good?
when we booked the holiday to Florida in Oct Thomas Cook said no rush to book insurance as we decided not to go with theirs, as long as they have insurance before the balance is paid next week.
Will it be a problem if something goes wrong?
I have an annual from last year, but my policy for 2 has gone up to £96, theirs is coming in at £77.94 for an annual
thanks in advance

I must admit I would be surprised if a 'family' policy covers a parent/ daughter and their partner. If you are booking for three adults the fact that the your daughter's partner isn't going is irrelevant (unless he has medical conditions and they could cancel if they deteriorate).
I must admit that I would also be surprised that the travel agent told you not to bother with insurance before the balance is paid (unless they guarantee a 100% refund if cancellation is made before the final payment is made - which is understandable.)
Naturally I can't comment on the annual policy as I don't know ages or the cover wanted. It is sort of like - how long is a piece of string.0
