Electoral Role

Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me. I moved house, and registered my new address on the electoral role. This was a month ago. My credit reports are saying though that I am not on the electoral role, and that I also haven't de-registered at my old address, which is not far away from my new place. I received an e-mail confirming that I am registered. How can I get this negative point on my credit reports corrected? Thank you!

There is always a time lag from the council confirming you are registered on the electoral roll to it being updated with the credit reference agencies.
The lag varies but 2 months is not unusual during most of the year (it can be much longer when the annual canvas is done)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
