Tesco internet saver

Hi.
When filling the internet saver application form in , when I have got up to the question of club card no, it will not let me get past & fill the rest of the form in!, as anyone any idea please of what I'm doing wrong,
Do I log in to my existing saver account & then select the internet saver. Or.
Do I apply as a new customer off the web pages?.

Which browser are you using?

I seem to remember I had problems with IE but it was working ok in Chrome.

Definitely log into your account first as it will fill in your key data for you and add the new account to your existing online banking.

Try open the application in New Window, it may fix the problem.

Right-click and click 'Open Link In New Window'

Thanks , I have now opened a joint account internet saver with £1 for the use of d/d.

Now do I have to wait a day for the account to show up ?,as I cannot see it when I log in to my saver account.

I left my Tesco club card no out !, which let me carry on to fill the application for the account , now I cannot find the new account.

I don't know what you did. Best call Tesco and ask them if something is not as you expected.

I did it again!, ok i opened my first joint tesco internetsaver with a bit of a struggle !, & then i could not get the new account up on line, so i did what archi told me to do and rang them up to sort it out for me!!!, and they did , what i had forgotten to do is register for my new online use doh doh doh !, ok its a big struggle but i have learnt a bit to-day , but im whacked at the end of it, so now i have 1 tesco current account £3k in & £750 dipping in & out &now one joint internet saver account set uo ready for the d/debit set up for my new opening.
so be warned you fellow helpers , what seems a easy task for you ! can be very difficult for mr bean.

Yes I've often found if you try it in a different browser it can sometimes help.
