First Direct Reg Savers set up in December

I noticed my first payment was duplicated after setting a new Reg Saver at FD. The money was transferred back with no issues so I assumed everything was OK.

Just checked my SO's and there are indeed 2 set up labelled:
'Reg Saver' & 'Regular saver'.

I called as I didn't know which one to cancel and the FD rep told me they were aware some Regular Savers set up in December had the same issues.

Just a heads up if anyone in the same boat you may want to check your SO's before 2 transfers are made! You can actually cancel any of them as they are both setup correctly, so no need to phone FD.

Cheers
