    I contacted Sacla yesterday just in case there was a glitch and sent them a print screen of my winning notification. They assured me I had won but would be looking into if there was more than one person winning yesterday.

    Try a different browser. It does not work for me in IE but fine in FF.

    Thanks for your suggestions - yes, I was clicking on the recipes marked 'Win' and then on the banner. Switching from IE to FF did the trick - £1 voucher! Many thanks!
