ITV News Central - Article about PCNs

Only saw a bit of it, but there was an article on the late local news just now (so assume it was also on the tea-time version) about a guy in Nottingham getting a PCN from Horizon.
There was also some bod from BPA claiming people are being 'mis-informed by certain sites on the internet about what you can and cannot do".
ITV was ITV Central and is East Midlands (not sure if there's still one or two Central channels)

The BPA can say whatever they want. And I'll say the opposite.
Believe who you want. But I do have Citizens Advice on my side, as well as the RAC Foundation, and BBC Watchdog, and President of AA, who all agree this is a big problem.0 -

They are called PPC websites.
