Misleading or not? You decide.

Do you consider this to be misleading? A nokia 2610 phone which is NOT a 3G phone being advertised as a 3G phone, the seller says it's because it'll accept a "3" sim card but he admits that it's not actually a 3G phone. I think this is very misleading but the seller refuses to admit that.

I agree with you very misleading .There selling an item that doesn't do what they are advertising it to do

They seem to being trying to stress that it works with 3 sim cards.

If you feel mislead, don't buy from the seller.

3G refers to video calling usually

sounds like the seller doesnt know much about mobiles

Don't want to buy one, am selling one and annoyed that people will probably buy his and not mine as his is a 3g phone! (apparently!)

He knows exactly what he's talking about, he explained to me as a reply to my question that it's not actually a 3g phone but he doesn't think that's misleading!!!
