Is there a spread sheet on the forum that allows you to compare different bank accounts showing interest ,charges, overdraft fees, minimum pay in per month etc.

You don't say what the reason for your question is so it's hard to come up with a helpful answer but there are several comparison sites such as moneysupermarket that list accounts. Perhaps that helps with whatever you are looking for.

In direct answer to your question: there is no spreadsheet that contains all the information you are after. It would be a massive amount of effort to create and maintain something like that as each bank has different offers, and T&Cs vary tremendously. Having said this, one strand of the midata project is planned to let consumers find alternative current accounts based on their historic transactions. I have no idea whether and when it will actually see the light of day.
