Don't know much about tns, but I'm signed up to them.... I don;t recieve vouchers, but for each survey I complete (so far only 3), they credit Nectar points to my Nector account. So far it's been 35 points, 70 points and 100 points. Not much, but easy way to boost the points!
I find the website really confusing - it's difficult to naviagate and find info, I foundHomer: I want to share something with you, Bart: The three little sentences that will get you through life. Number 1: Cover for me. Number 2: Oh, good idea, Boss! Number 3: It was like that when I got here.

Agreed - what is also useful is that they automatically convert them to Nectar for you so you don't have to remember to "redeem" them.
Part of the confusion is possibly also that TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres) are a big company and run several different programmes, e.g:
http://www.mytns.com
and
http://www.shopandscan.co.uk
just for starters!0 -

Consumer Pulse is part of TNS too, but separate from Shop and Scan I think - CP is a purchase diary, whereas SandS is a barcode scanner and transmission of purchases (also NOT to be confused with i-scan, run by the other company AC Nielsen
)
On my Nectar statement they are listed as a separate item under TNS, so it does look clear, and on the TNS website if you check History, you can see when they were converted to Nectar points.0 -

I don't know if you sorted this out yet but try this (I had a problem too).
Try logging in again but capitalise your email address like this... John.Doe@Email.com
It seems to be caps sensitive but it also seems to decide which letters should be capital ised all by itself...0
