I'm with them, but I've never received a survey:mad:Comping, Clicking & Saving for Change0

thanks for trying to help but it still didnt workI don't know if you sorted this out yet but try this (I had a problem too).
Try logging in again but capitalise your email address like this... John.Doe@Email.com
It seems to be caps sensitive but it also seems to decide which letters should be capital ised all by itself...
very strange as ive surveys, i rang nectar and she said if your getting survey then you should be fully registered but tns say im not on there database have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
I sent them an email through the website asking why I've not had any surveys and had a bog standard reply that even started dear sir/madam saying that you won't be selected for every survey as you won't meet the criteria every time. Obvioulsy then I match nothing!!!!!:mad:Comping, Clicking & Saving for Change0

It kept telling me that I wasn't registered but eventually (after a months emailing) their support said the login was caps sensitive. Try different combinations of Initial capital Letters.0 -

After my post above, I emailed them again and got that too. I really don't get it. Surely there must be some questions they want to ask a mid-twenties woman with a full time job living in a city who is responsible for purchasing her own groceries and paying her own bills and so on?! I could understand it if I'd put in my profile that I was a homeless twelve year old with an annual income of £0!0
