How to find someone to do a homebuyers report?

I've googled, I've searched on here and haven't really got the answers Im looking for. I want to make sure its being done by a reputable company so I don't get done for but there's no where that does reviews on these things.

So does anyone know a place that does a homebuyers report in wakefield area?

Yeah we've just got the mortgage approved so that's why I want to do the homebuyers report now.

My boyfriends brother bought a house last year so I told my boyfriend to ask him who he used (as we're using the same sol as him) and he replied saying that the valuation is it. Obviously he didn't have one done.

The mortgage company will have a preference for the valuation. Most people use the same surveyor.

ReallyMoving will give you quotes from about 4 surveyors and also show you reviews. It's a commercial website though, the surveyors pay a couple quid to show up in the list, so it's not impartial.
