Does an old PEP mortgage qualify for a claim?

I had a PEP mortgage many moons ago, I'm with the same bank, just the mortgages have rolled on into different ones as we've moved, it's now a repayment one.
So does the PEP mortgage qualify for a.PPI claim? If so I'm sorry I don't have the details, expect my bank does, as I say it's rolled on, how do I even start the ball rolling please?
Thanks

A PEP is an investment vehicle (now known as ISAs). PPI is payment protection insurance. Two totally different products. So, no.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
