Fobbed Off by Energyhelpline
I changed to Powergen through enegyhelpline over 10 weeks ago and have still received no cashback.
It was originally promised within 4 weeks of changing supplier; then, after contacting them they asked me to wait another two weeks.
The latest eMail from them said they had "a small backlog" and that my cashback would be "paid by the end of this month". That's today and no cash!
My fourth email to them has been sent and I still wait.

Money received today after one eMail reply said to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks.
All Sorted but they need chasing.

I received the £15 today after a switch in late May. Also had to chase them a bit.0
