"The Connection Was Reset" Message

I keep getting the above message when trying to access a webpage from a link.
This has only started recently although I've always used Firefox and not had the problem before.
It's something to do with the link failing while it's reloading.
Can anyone suggest a reason please ? (apart from the ones the message suggests)
