Parking eye charge notice

We have had parking charge notice whilst parking in Morrisons Neath,they sent us a photo of our car entering and leaving the car park. the only thing you can see is the number plate on the photo but no car.
I have sent the appeal to Parking eye is there anything else i should do.
my wife put a ticket in for 1.30mins and went back and put another ticket in so she thought she was ok.
she was in the car park for 2.36 mins.
i phoned Morrisons and they said that it was 1.30 mins parking but no return for 2 hours.
Any advice thanks.

Add in another appeal if you didn't say 'your charge is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss'. If you submitted a decent appeal you will win, especially if you can attach a receipt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
