How much to offer on a house?

Hi, me and my partner are both nearly 22. We are both first time buyers with no chain.
We have seen a property we like. Please see
3 bedroom house for sale:
Kingfisher Court, Normanton, WF6. Currently priced at £137000
It is a great price as it is but wanting to get the best deal. How much should we offer. Also we arent really wanting to move until May. Could we put an offer in and set this all up from May now? And get everything in motion but not pay mortgage or move in till May?
Thanks

The last recorded 3 bed sold in Oct 14 at £125k. Not sure how the housing market is in your area, but if it is still a flat market, then perhaps make that your starting figure. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
