Tax credits deadline?

Please can you tell me if the deadline date for tax credits for year april 2013 to April 2014, was 31st July 2014? I have just realised that I have made a mistake and I am thinking that they should of been told by July 2014?

as far as im aware its usually july 31st you might be best phoning them to clarify and change what needs to be changed0
