Faulty ps4 repaired but refusing to return my property

Hi everyone,
My PS4 console had a power supply fault. I rang Playstation support up to tell them and the guy of the phone told me to send it off to them and it would either be repaired or I would get a refurbished replacement and that my game that was stuck inside the console would be returned to me too.
I recieved a refurbished console from them but not my game, I rang Playstation support up to tell them that my game wasn't returned to me with my console. The first thing they asked me was "did you tell us that the game was stuck inside the console?" I replied yes and they told me that my game would be returned separately.
I recieved a parcel from them but it wasn't my game, they had sent me someone else's dvd. I even recieved an email stating what dvd they had sent me.
I rang up Playstation support to tell them that I had recieved someone else's dvd and not my game. The said they would contact their repair centre and find out where my game is.
I recieved an email saying that my game had now been found and that I would recieve it within 6 weeks.
This was 8 months ago, my game still hasn't been returned. I have been chasing Playstation support by phone and email, and I've been told all different stories like they are organising a replacement game etc.
Today I've have recieved an email from them saying that they informed my NOT to send my game with the console and that they will not be replacing my game.
I have the phone call recording of them telling me to send my console WITH the game (there was no way I could remove the game because of the power supply fault)
What are my rights? I have proof that I was guaranteed my game would be returned before I even sent my console off to them so surely they have to honour that guarantee

Issue them with a Letter Before Action stating the above. Take them to court if need be for the cost of the game.0
