Hi First post so please bear with me.
I have spent a lot of time reading the newbies thread and am ready to send my appeal using the template. Some points below which may or may not be relevant so I would appreciate any advices.
This relates to an Smart Parking Ltd ANPR PCN (at Greenwich Shopping Park, Charlton) which I received today. Letter was dated 12/12/2014 and relates to an overstay of 29 minutes (above the 3 hours). The 'date of (alleged) contravention' was 1/12/2014
Thanks in advance for any advice - Much appreciated

- The ANPR photo I got is black and all you can see is the number plates (can't make out the car).
- The driver (not me) has a bank statement showing a costa coffee entry on the day so I can demonstrate the parking was for a retailer at the park.
- I am also concerned as the letter is dated 12/12/2014 so 5 weeks ago so would obviously like to respond asap.
Thanks in advance for any advice - Much appreciated
