There were no apparent injuries at the scene, and at < 5mph I am not sure how injured one can get! But this is one reason I thought my insurer ought to know straight away - there was also a minor passenger.0

But surely if the third partly do claim, then even if my repairs are £351, by claiming, I have saved £1 with no effects on future premiums, as they've already been negatively affected by their claim?0
