Need to order 3 x Experian Reports

3 of us have formed a company and we need to get hold of Experian Reports for each of us.
I have had one in the past...as the site recognised when i just entered my details. So it looks as though the £2 Statutory Report is my best option, as no freebie to be had.
Unfortunately there is a problem on the site just now, and an error message appears.
Is it possible to get the reports to come by post? And if so, do they have to go to each person's home address? And do they need to be paid for with the person's own Credit/Debit card?

Hi Planteria,
As Tixy has said (thanks Tixy!) you should be able to order a paper copy of your report online and I'm sorry to hear that you have had problems with the website when you have tried to do this.
I am passing the details of the problem you have encountered to our technical team to look at.
If you try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files, or using another browser this may help.
You can also download an application form and send it with the £2.00 fee to

The form would need to be signed by the applicant in order for it to be processed.

Thank you Neil.
One of my co-Directors has ordered his Report today, apparently with no problems.
But I am still getting the same error message this evening (having cleared all cookies etc.) and i really need to order mine, and let my other co-Director order his from my office in the morning.
Any idea what the problem is?:think:0 -

my girlfriend changed the form.. and we removed the apartment number and replaced it with a 'house number'...which is incorrect, but by doing so, it has worked.....so, you might want to feed that back to the relevant department.
thank you for being here & taking an interest.0 -
