Shared Equity Scotland questions

Purchased through 75/25 shared equity with Barrat in 2009 (25% loan now owned by Rose Shared Equity).
Looking to move on now unfortunately through repossessions and following that low survey values it looks like a 15k drop in purchase price. Should be enough to just break even.
Are you able to part-exchange to a new property with a shared equity property?
What are peoples experience selling on a shared equity property
Thanks
