How long is reasonable to get a refund

On 12.12.14 I received an online order from Mango (clothing store). I didn't like it so sent it back 18.12.14 via post office as per their return instructions to their depot in Newton Abbott. I paid via paypal and I have not received any refund of any kind (£60) as yet despite sending 3 emails to them. Having researched a bit further on the Internet it would seem Mango have a very poor customer service record. What are my rights and how long should a refund take? Many thanks

If you cancelled the order in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations they are required to refund within 14 days of return of the goods.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0

Log into PayPal and open a dispute.
Although you have received and returned the goods opening a dispute will hopefully spur them into action.0
