install thermostat

Options
currently we do not have wireless thermostat and want to install one.

I have vaillant time switch 110 combi boiler and will buy Horstmann HRFS1 Programmable Room Thermostat.

Not sure if this boiler is too old for RF thermostat , if not how can I connect.

A thermostat is basically just an on/off switch that tells the boiler whether or not to produce heat. So I don't think any boiler can be "too old", unless it's one of those thermostats that's designed so that the receiver fits into the boiler unit itself (which this one isn't).

However, you may need a mains supply to the receiver unit. Get it done professionally if you're unsure.

You can probably get battery-powered ones. I have a (non-RF) honeywell CM67, and the first set of batteries lasted over 10 years (only just had to change them).
