Freezer in Fridge/Freezer not working

My LOGIK Fridge Freezer had been working fine since I bought in September 2012. However, the freezer has now stopped working, although the fridge part is still fine.
I have tried to defrost it, but the freezer is still not cold inside.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

What is the temperature of the room your fridge is in? - I used to not bother heating my kitchen, and the freezer de-frosted. I heated the room, opened the fridge door, it kicked everything back into gear.
- the thermostat is in the fridge only, thus as the room was that cold it did not need to run the pump much to keep the fridge down to temp, thus allowing the freezer to defrost.0
