Download and install Bullzip printer, this gives the option of saving as PDF, JPG and many other formats - select Format on the General tab and then Format tab for more options - http://bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php

You can also upload DOC or DOCX file to www.zamzar.com and convert it to JPG
