Reasonable amount of rent?

I'm currently living rent free in a house which belonged to my parents and was paid for outright by them. My Father paid for 90% of the house, my mother the other 10%. My father has since passed away and wanted me to remain in the house and keep it in the family. My mum is moving away with her new partner, and we are wondering if I should be charged rent or not for remaining in the property. I have agreed to pay all bills and maintain the property and undertake some renovations - but my mother still wants some rent. My father did wish the house to be left to me after his passing. Should I remain here rent free? Pay her rent? Or a reduced rent amount - if so, how much would yous all suggest. The market rate of this property is £475 per month if rented out through an estate agents.

Who now owns the property?
Did your parents own as joint tenants or tenants in common? If Tenants in Common, who did dad leave his share to in his will?
Assuming mum now owns the house it is entirely up to her whether she wishes to charge you rent, or indeed ask you to leave.
If you inherited dad's share of the property, then you now own 90% and can do as you wish (more or less).0
