BT Engineer failed to visit

A BT engineer was recently booked to visit but failed to attend. A subsequent appointment was made and yet again failed to attend. BT have admitted the error but are only offering to pay £10 for each missed appointment, despite asking them to reimburse the time I took off work for the second, missed, appointment. If I am trying to claim consequential expenses, which Act is it under?
Thank you.
Thank you.
