Npower prepayment meter £4000+ in credit ???

Can someone help please, im with Npower on a prepayment electricity meter. I registered on their site for the first time in the 2 years ive been with them last week and it says im £4267.89 in credit. Its really stumped me ?? Any advise would be great, Thanks, Donnie

    I would suggest that they probably don't have a record of your actual usage, for some technical reason and it's just showing you all of the top ups you have made without subtracting your usage.
