Enter the prize draw before midnight on Sunday, January 25, and you could be the lucky winner of a gait analysis, £125 to spend on a pair of trainers and a night in a four-star hotel in London.

To help you find the trainers that are right for you, during your trip you’ll take part in a gait analysis – a series of tests and exercises to measure your pronation – the inward roll of the foot during running and walking.

With this information, as well as knowledge of past injuries and your running goals, you will be able to identify your running style and make an informed decision about the trainers you choose. You'll have up to £125 to spend on a pair of your choice.

Plus, with a night in a four-star hotel, you'll be able to get to grips with your new shoes straight away as you stroll around the city taking in the sights.

8. One winning entrant will win an overnight trip for two to London.
The prize package comprises the following:

• Return standard class rail travel from any UK mainland station to London;
• Return private transfers between the London station and the hotel;
• One night’s minimum 4-star accommodation in a central London hotel based on two adults sharing a twin or double room;
• Gait analysis in a sports store for the winner; and
• Up to £125 to spend on a pair of trainers of the winner’s choice,
based on the advice resulting from the gait analysis.
All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the departure railway station, travel insurance, excursions,
attractions, treatments, car hire, food and drink,
personal expenditure and incidental costs,
other than those stated..

10. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security
deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.

11 The prize is valid for one year from the date of the winner
being notified and excludes travel on the following dates:

December 19, 2014 to January 5, 2015;
February 13 to February 22, 2015;
March 27 to April 12, 2015;
May 22 to May 31, 2015;
July 25 to September 6, 2015;
October 16 to October 25, 2015;
or over UK bank holidays.

12. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
and are subject to availability,
non transferable and non refundable.
There are no cash alternatives.
Once booked the prize cannot be altered or amended.
Where the winner’s companion is under 18 years of age,
they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
