1. The Lady Million Eau My Gold prize draw is open to UK and ROI residents aged 16 years and over, except employees of The Perfume Shop Limited (“TPS”) or any related companies, Puig, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter, go to https://twitter.com/ThePerfumeShop, with the hashtag #EauMyGold and tag @theperfumeshop in your tweet. You must be following @theperfumeshop for your entry to be considered valid.
4. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 25/01/2015
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
6. There will be 5 winners only.
7. The winners will each receive 1 x PACO RABANNE LADY MILLION EAU MY GOLD 80ML EDT ONLY
8. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 26/01/2015
9. The winners will be notified by Twitter DM using the details provided by 26/01/2015 Winners must claim their prize by 23.59 on 26/02/2015If they do not do so, then TPS reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. All UK prize winners in the UK shall have their prize sent out via Royal Mail signed for. All ROI prize winners shall have their perfume sent to their nearest store for collection.
11. By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of TPS’s control details. TPS will not be liable for any such instances.
12. Any decision of TPS as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
