DRO and creditors
Comments

No, they can keep you informed of the balance but cannot demand payment or use any means of enforcement.
Have you told them about the DRO? Sent them a copy of the letter the DRO Unit sent you?0 -
No i haven't i wasn't aware that i needed to. I thought that when i applied for the DRO they would have been informed by someone.
So should i send a copy of the letter to all the creditors?0 -
The creditors as listed will be informed by the DRO Unit. Sometimes the message does not get through to the right department for example if a DCA is involved.
If anyone is demanding payment I would send them a copy. Then they are without excuse.
It sounds like you have one rogue creditor.0
