On top of repairs?

if they get all the repair costs back they should be returning the 250. Not claiming the repair costs then the 250 A's well.

My insurance company will claim the 250 back from the 3rd party's' insurer and then refund back to me. I suppose they make me pay it just in case the 3rd party doesn't pay out. That's 500 I've paid in the last month, as I had to pay for the accident I had last month too.
