Help. I wrote a document on Open Office and went to save it, but couldn't remember which format the sender preferred, so minimised it.
Open Office then crashed!
Said it had saved the document but now I can't open Open Office!
Any ideas from you wonderful people please?
Many thanks

Start | Search Programs and Files | writer.exe
Does that start the "Writer" application?0 -

Have you looked through the LibreOffice options, which enable you to Save the recovery information as frequently as you like, say every 5 minutes?0

It wouldn't let me re-install Open Office, kept telling me it was running! So I closed my computer down and reopened it and YAY Open office did it all for me.
Thank you all
