Athena Appeal...........help please

I have followed the help/advice given as I received a parking ticket whilst visiting Lidl. I actually shopped in their store for 20 minutes (parking charge is for 21minutes!) but didn't see/realise that they had changed their parking procedure as I was in a rush on a dark, early evening, on the way home from work night. I paid cash but do not have the receipt as didn't know at the time that it I would need it.
I have sent off the first appeal and got the rejection letter with my POPLA verification code etc. I have looked at the numerous threads that are on your site to help with my appeal and I am now completely confused as to which one to use. Please could someone point me in a good direction to get a current template that I could adjust to meet my criteria.
Really appreciate any help. Thank you.

there are no "templates" for your popla appeal on here as such
if you look at the newbies sticky thread, click on the how to win at popla link, you will see "examples" of popla appeals , clearly you didnt read the whole of that thread but focussed on post #1 only
use one of those linked examples as a basis for your appeal, finding the closest match0 -
Post #3 of NEWBIES FAQ sticky, 'How to win at POPLA' hyperlink and you'll find an Athena appeal. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
