Hss anybody used any companies they could recommend? We parked and used a bus last year and it was painful.

I seem to remember another thread where the owner was trying to get the Valet company to pay for damages, can't find it.
Personally, NO CHANCE IN HELL would I use valet parking. I don't have time for unnecessary he said, she said drama when my very expensive car is involved! I'll either use public transport (taxi's etc) or transfers and leave my baby safely parked.0 -
Well I have used valet parking for a number of years at Gatwick North Terminal and have found no reason to complain. As far as I am concerned the benefit of simply parking and walking into the Terminal on a cold wet winters morning suits me and all for a cost of £99.0

£99 vs £80K, not worth it! But hey, that's just MY opinion.0 -
I used valet parking at Stansted when I had a company car, but now I run my own I would not do it. Just pick the right longstay operator (check the frequency of buses and the location of the park, the info is all on the airport's website) and it can be quite painless and quick. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

Have you looked into the Airport hotels, despite living only 30 minutes from Gatwick we'll often stay the night before if our flight leaves before lunch.
The Sofitel and Hilton both have reasonable park and fly packages with onsite parking.0 -
I live an hour away, but at £109 for the valet parking through the airport website I think I'll give that a go. Good tips about avoiding certain companies so I'll use the official airport. Thanks for everyone's replies!0

If you live an hour away, consider taking a taxi/minicab, as it could be cheaper, and you'll be saving on fuel as well.0 -

No one in their right mind would use such a shoddy website, it doesn't even mention which parking company you are supposedly booking
It's funny that every single one of your posts on MSE is plugging this company
