Just wondering if anyone could please help ke with a query??
I started a mobile contract with JMC mobile a third party company in 2013. The network is provided by O2. I have been wanting to cancel the contract for a while. However I am tied in a three year contract.
Last week JMC left me an automated voicemail stating that they were passing the account to O2. The query I have is that since 2013 I have never had any any corresponding information with this account on my credit report. I was informed by another mobile phone provider that because it was not shwoing I could therefore cancel???
Obviously I am not that gullable the sales rep may of just been saying this to get a set up a new contract. I have spoke with O2 yet they say I would have to pay each month up to when my contract ends, yet the contract wasnt set by o2 initially.
Any help wouldbe great,,,,, thanks guys

Whether you can cancel depends on the contract you signed, not whether the provider chooses to report to any of the credit reference agencies.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
