BT sign up deals in December 2014???

I signed up to BT Broadband and phone for £5/month in December.
When I signed up I did so through one of the comparison sites (although not sure which one) and was offered some special offer. It included a sainsbury's giftcard which I have claimed but also something else, money back or something.
I stupidly didn't pay much attention to the emails then as it wasn't getting installed til last week.
Now it's all installed I can find no reference of the other cashback/gift I should get and can't for the life of me remember what it was so can't ask!! I know I chose it specifically because of the offer though!

I am sure it was either uSwitch or comparethemarket..
On the off chance, does anyone happen to know what the deal was??

Surely the easiest way is to check your emails or have you deleted them, something you should never do when ordering anything until everything is completed or settled.

That's the problem! There was absolutely nothing in the emails about either the sainsbury's voucher or the other thing I cant remember. I only got the sainsburys one as there's a "claim here" button on the site.
If I knew what it was I could ask them about it.

Was it the £5 month for 12 month then £18 after for 17mb unlimited BB?

If so I have copy of BT web page

Yes it mentions Sainsburys £25 cash back but no other offer except BT free ones ie BT Sport Home hub 4 and 5GB BT Cloud

I was initially interested in "Free for 12 month" with 10GB usage as a back up as it was free but decided against when reading the small print
