    The Saudi king has just died. Terrible news for him and his family. However, I wonder how it will affect the oil price.

    Brent Oil was up to around 59.00 today, an increase of 25% from the low of 47.23 just 3 weeks ago and up nearly 12% this week alone. Did we hit the bottom then?

    Not according to the cabbie I spoke to yesterday. He reckons it might go down to 40, maybe.

    As I told him, if you ask two or three economists how it will all shake out, you'll get five or six different answers. Good one, he said. He is not an economist.

    Did you go with my Petrofac suggestion? I just checked and see they are up almost 30% on the price from the day I suggested it.

    i did! I'm +26% on it!

    and i tried my hand with CRUD too, albeit a smaller holding - i'm showing +18% on that too.

    I can see PFC being banked soon as i doubt the oil price worries are over fully yet.
