Aldi electrials Tempouk

Has anyone recently had dealings with Tempouk who manufacture some of Aldi's electricals?

i contacted them almost 6 weeks ago in regards to a broken cable on a Heated throw we bought last year. I spoke to a girl who said to send the warranty card and a new one would be sent out ASAP (the throw has a 3 year parts and labour warranty). So we heard nothing after a few weeks so we started calling, we have left 4 voice mails as no one answers the phone and still no one has contacted us we have also tried emailing and the emails bounce back!

Is this company in trouble or do they just have terrible customer service? I have googled them and it seems a few people have had problems with them which is a worry.

If I go to Aldi will they refund me if I cant get in contact with Tempouk?
